The Analytics Manager will play a vital role in bridging data-driven insights with business strategy to enhance customer experience, optimize operations, and aid overall performance improvement.


Leading a small team of Analysts, the position will be responsible for a wide range of projects:

  • Customer Insights: Analyze customer data to understand buying behaviors, preferences, and trends. This aids in segmentation, targeting, and personalization.
  • Forecasting: Use historical data and current trends to predict future sales. This is crucial for inventory management, marketing campaigns, and other strategic decisions.
  • Website Analytics: Monitor website traffic, bounce rates, conversion rates, and user behaviors to optimize the user experience and increase sales conversions.
  • Performance Analysis: Evaluate the performance of various products or product categories, promotional campaigns, and marketing channels to determine their effectiveness.
  • Inventory Analytics: Analyze inventory turnover, stock levels, and sales data to optimize stock management, reduce holding costs, and ensure products are available when customers want them.
  • Pricing Strategy: Analyze market trends, competitor prices, and sales data to develop and adjust pricing strategies that maximize profitability.
  • A/B Testing & Experimentation: Manage and analyze A/B tests or multivariate tests to optimize website elements, marketing campaigns, or any other initiatives.
  • Recommendation Systems: Collaborate with tech teams to improve and optimize algorithms for product recommendations based on user behavior and purchase history.
  • Cross-channel Analysis: Assess the performance of different sales channels (e.g., online store, physical store, mobile app) to understand their contribution and areas for growth.
  • Reporting: Develop regular reports and dashboards for senior management and other stakeholders to keep them informed about key metrics and insights.



  • Exceptional ability to organize and interpret large sets of data to discern patterns and derive meaningful insights with a proven track record of effectively communicating actionable insights to facilitate superior decision making by all stakeholders. This requires both a detail-oriented mindset and the ability to see the bigger picture.

  • Should have good working knowledge of relational databases and tools like SQL and R or Python.

  • Solid experience in data analysis and reporting with expertise in handling complex business data.

  • Experience in Statistical analysis & modelling to build & implement robust Decision Support Systems & Models.

  • Exposure to text analytics and NLP (Natural Language Processing) would be an advantage
