Responsibilities:
- Maintain and update product listings, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
- Monitor and manage the catalog to ensure it aligns with platform-specific product assortment and strategy (HomeDepot, Walmart, Wayfair, etc.).
- Strategize and ensure items list accurately with best search keywords and features in the marketplace.
- Enhance product content to improve search visibility and customer engagement.
- Create and optimize product listings, including titles, descriptions, images, and specifications to suit each platform's listing requirements.
- Be thorough with maximizing returns from platform-specific listings.
- Work closely with vendors to obtain product information in the required format for each platform.
- Implement search engine optimization (SEO) strategies to improve product discoverability on platform-specific platforms and external search engines.
- Find ways to automate or work with the IT team to build tools for speeding up catalog generation.
- Create Catalog best standards and best practices and training materials to support team members and train new members of listing practices.
- Collaborate with the Vendor Management team, vendors, and IT personnel to facilitate seamless data updates.
- Measure the progress of catalog updates and efforts, tracking marketplace listings and sales performance.

Skills/Attributes:
- Should have a thorough understanding of various e-commerce platforms (HomeDepot, Walmart, Wayfair, etc.).
- Experience in a similar role with 6-8 years of experience in an e-commerce or retail environment.
- Proficiency in Advanced Excel.
- Excellent data management skills with a strong attention to detail.
- Proficiency in handling large datasets and utilizing databases for catalog enrichment.
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities to address catalog-related issues.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills to meet tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams, vendors, and stakeholders.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to generate insights from performance metrics.
