Responsibilities:

  • Manage a team of Catalog Associates, providing guidance, support, and training as needed.

  • Ensure timely and accurate completion of data updates for new and existing vendor requests.

  • Expedite the onboarding process for new vendors, ensuring all required information is gathered promptly.

  • Troubleshoot catalog-related issues at the item, vendor, and marketplace levels, offering timely resolutions and support to the team.

  • Handle large datasets and curate catalog data in the database, focusing on enrichment and accuracy to maximize sales and purchase conversions.

  • Maintain strong vendor relations, recognizing the critical link between vendor satisfaction and catalog activities.

  • Collaborate with the Vendor Management team, vendors, and IT personnel to facilitate seamless data updates.

  • Generate performance reports, analyze team metrics, and propose automation suggestions and implementations to improve efficiency.

  • Measure the progress of catalog updates and efforts, tracking marketplace listings and sales performance.

  • Conduct regular audits of team members' work, providing constructive feedback for productivity and quality enhancements.


Skills/Attributes:

  • 6-8 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in an e-commerce or retail environment.

  • Proficiency in Advanced Excel

  • Excellent data management skills with a strong attention to detail.

  • Proficiency in handling large datasets and utilizing databases for catalog enrichment.

  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities to address catalog-related issues.

  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills to meet tight deadlines.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams, vendors, and stakeholders.

  • Analytical mindset with the ability to generate insights from performance metrics.

  • Knowledge of e-commerce platforms and marketplaces is preferred.
