Responsibilities:     

          People Development:
  • Partner with leadership to create and implement strategies for employee career development and progression
  • Provide guidance on talent development initiatives.
  • Foster a culture of continuous learning and professional growth
  • Conduct thorough competency assessments to identify skill gaps and development needs across various departments.
  • Collaborate with department heads to design and implement competency frameworks aligned with organizational goals.
  • Develop and deliver training programs that enhance employee skills and competencies.
  • Work closely with subject matter experts to create engaging and effective learning materials.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make continuous improvements.

          Employee Relations:
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to employees and managers, addressing employee relations issues and concerns.
  • Conduct investigations and recommend resolutions to promote a positive and inclusive work environment.
  • Implement employee engagement initiatives to enhance morale and team cohesion.

          Skills:

  • Proven experience as an HRBP with a focus on people development.

  • Strong understanding of HR models and frameworks related to people development.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

  • Experience in employee relations and conflict resolution.

  • Familiarity with current trends and best practices in HR.

  • Strong project management skills.

  • Excellent analytical Skills
