Responsibilities:


The successful candidate will manage all aspects of pricing, promotions, channels, and advertising for the product line, with responsibilities including:


1. Sales Maximization for Product Categories

Own and manage multiple categories and products to drive sales growth across all channels.

Collaborate with the existing product marketing team to develop innovative strategies that grow sales and enhance performance across platforms.

Identify opportunities for new product development that strengthen and complement existing category offerings.

2. Contribution Maximization

Develop and execute creative strategies to improve category and product profitability—tailoring approaches across wholesale/retail models, brand segments, and distribution channels.

Optimize advertising spend by aligning investment decisions with contribution goals, using data-driven insights to guide budget allocation.

3. Team Leadership & Cross-functional Collaboration

Manage and mentor a team of 4–6 product marketing professionals, fostering growth and enhancing team capabilities.

Work closely with cross-functional teams—including technology, process, customer service, and analytics—within Naomi Home and beyond, to identify

and implement solutions that drive both top-line growth and bottom-line performance.




Skills:

  • Demonstrated experience in e-commerce, including listing, digital ads, and organic search across one or more major channels.

  • Proven expertise in digital marketing strategies that drive sales, such as paid advertising across various media and channels, email marketing, and affiliate marketing.

  • Experience in launching new products and comprehensive knowledge of product marketing, including managing listings, pricing, promotions, and positioning.

  • Exceptional qualitative and quantitative analytical skillsAbility to navigate a dynamic and complex ecosystem.

  • Adept at building relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.

  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and outstanding written and verbal communication skills
