Responsibilities: 


The position will be responsible for executing a wide range of the tasks for various internal stakeholders through freelancers and vendors. The role calls for catering to the requirements of various internal stakeholders by allocating the respective tasks to the existing/new freelancers and vendors, coordinating with them to ensure delivery of the requirements within cost and time budgets. An illustrative (not exhaustive) list of tasks:


1. Marketing materials and collaterals – Brochures, Fliers, Mailers, designing infographics, power point presentation

2. Cataloguing – collecting product information, creating product description, product specification, designing images.

3. Software/Application development – to write small programs or develop application to automate the existing process

4. Data Management – Entering, collecting, cleaning, storing and organizing of Data


  •        Will be required to do a market research based on specific requirements from the internal stakeholder.

  • Coordinate with multiple internal and external stakeholders to ensure the internal stakeholder views are managed towards the best solution by active participation in the stakeholders meeting.

  • Will be responsible for developing and managing relationships with our outsourcing partners (Freelancers & vendors).

  • Will be responsible for drafting the SOW (Statement of Work) with the vendor partner and ensuring all the expectations are decided and finalized beforehand.

  • Will be responsible for the recruitment of new vendor partners/freelancers to improve our work requirement and processes

  • Monitoring vendor/freelancer plans, schedules, work hours, budgets, and expenditures.

  • Assess risks and issues and provide solutions where applicable.

  • Will be responsible to identify the probable deadlines for the requirements put forth and work on those timelines.


Skills:


  • Strong ability to negotiate, estimate, evaluate the time and cost requirements to ensure fair payment terms and conditions.

  • Vast knowledge of the market and trends involved

  • Thorough understanding of Project Management, Digital Marketing and Market Research domain

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Strong ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders

  • Ability to work successfully with a diverse and demanding set of Stakeholders across functions and be able to prioritize appropriately.

  • Experience working in a fast paced, deadline driven environment and being comfortable with ambiguity and dynamically shifting priorities, timelines, and demands.
