Responsibilities: 

  • Partner with Internal stakeholders across business units (i.e., Sales, Marketing, Finance, Analytics, Product Management, Customer Service) to gather, review, evaluate, analyse, business requirements and translate them to actionable implementation plans.  
  • Assess options for process improvement, including business process modelling and process re/design in collaboration with technical project managers and cross-functional teams. 
  • Create and implement precise management plans for every project, with attention to transparent communication at all levels. 
  • Develop and maintain documentation regarding various projects, processes and operations. 
  • Develop meaningful and lasting relationships with Stakeholders for optimized systems integration and respond to questions and concerns from managers and executives with supporting research and recommendations. 

 

Skills: 

  • Previous working experience as a Business Analyst for 2 to 8 year(s) 
  • Preferably master's in business management, Information Technology, Financial Management       or similar relevant filed 
  • Practical experience generating process documentation and reports 
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills 
  • Outstanding communication and presentation skills 
  • Critical thinker 
  • Creative problem solver 
  • Great analytical skills 
  • Working Knowledge of SQL (Queries & Stored Procedures) would be an added advantage.
