  • End-to-End monitoring of the E-Commerce systems in place right from Order Processing to Fulfillment to ensure all requisite processes are running as expected
  • Identifying any issues in the daily workflow and addressing them immediately
  • Keeping respective department stakeholders aware of the deviations and anomalies identified
  • Capable of setting up checks to help monitor and close out any identified issues systematically
  • The below are (but not limited to) key areas to be monitored and fixed where ever applicable:
    • Inventory Management
      • Inventory Update Frequency
      • Warehouse Update
      • Inventory Update Data Ingestion
      • Changes to Inventory
      • Newly Added Items
      • Anomalies in inventory – Cataloguing
      • Stock/SKU related issues
    • Customer Order Processing
      • Importing orders
      • Pricing discrepancies
      • Orders for unavailable items
      • Inspecting product information
    • Order Tracking
      • On time shipment
      • Delayed shipment
      • Delivery date met
      • Reasons for shipping issues – Address related, Carrier related, etc.
      • Cancellation during shipping
    • Order Related Issues
      • Defects/Damages
      • Replacements
      • Closure of long-standing Customer Issues and ensuring resolution within agreed TATs
      • Process returns & exchanges special orders as needed
      • Quantifying and nullifying Buyer's remorse


  • Attention to detail with the ability to think logically and grasp the entire process/workflows quickly
  • Hands on experience in handling structured and unstructured data.
  • Good in identifying trends and patterns.
  • Outstanding communication and presentation skills
  • Critical thinker
  • Problem solving ability
  • Great analytical skills
  • Proficiency in Advanced Excel
  • Experience in E-Commerce/Logistics industry preferred
  • Experience in US markets a plus.
  • Working Knowledge of SQL (Queries & Stored Procedures) would be an added advantage.
